Maple Chipotle Grilled Corn

Recipes

Get ready to elevate your corn on the cob with a burst of bold flavors! Our Maple Chipotle Grilled Corn is a perfect blend of smoky, spicy, and sweet. Perfect for summer barbecues or a delightful twist for your family dinners, this dish is sure to impress and satisfy. Fire up the grill and let’s get cooking!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook your corn as desired. There are multiple options for how to cook the corn. During the summer months, we like to throw the corn directly on the grill. Rotate the corn every 5 minutes while grilling to ensure all sides reach the charred look (approximately 15-20 minutes). Another cooking option is to boil the ears of corn for 3-5 minutes in a deep pot on the stove.
  2. Apply butter and salt as desired. If you are boiling the corn on the stovetop, you can remove the corn from the boiling water and transfer the ears to a skillet with butter. Saute the corn on medium-high heat to char the kernels.
  3. Remove corn from heat. Sprinkle Maple Chipotle Rub on the corn to taste.
  4. Ready to take it to the next level? Try mixing the Maple Chipotle Rub with parmesan cheese for a fun & “cheesy” treat that kids of all ages will enjoy!
